What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the Crimson Text font to my site: <link
href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Crimson+Text:400,400italic,700,700i
talic' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
2. Add a div to my page, add some copy, float it left and style it italic.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The bold version of the text renders (about 2 pixels) below the normal one.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Crimson Text font on OSX 10.6.8. The problem happens with the latest version of
Chrome, Safari and FF6. The IE version of the italic font doesn't render
properly (issue 74) so I can't test that.
Please provide any additional information below.
Have included a picture of the issue when using Chrome.
