ignore configs, htaccess mod_rewrite check #25

Proposal changes for issue #24

Not sure which branch should be the target. I specified MASTER branch.

These configuration files will be deleted after update and putted to GIT ignore list

New configuration template files were added

It is highly recommended to backup working configs before apply this update.

Also there are minor change in .htaccess
