Parse a VyOS package. #3

Does what is necessary to decode a package from VyOS. Closes #1 Touches #2 as well.

I will keep the issue #2 open. Could you please help me find a spec?

I found it. It looks like IPFIX is very similar to NetFlow v9. I could implement it easily, just as extension to this module. I will keep you updated on this
