Updated README to explain what the project does #4

As a first time viewer it wasn't clear what the project does. I've added an explanation to the best of my understanding :)

@wilsonpage Thanks for the PR!

It's not correct to say that re-exporting would overwrite what has previously been uploaded. Right now it would just create a new deployment on Vercel.

kap-vercel utilizes preview deployments and doesn't rely on the root domain of the Vercel project.
