Remove deprecated URL's from readme.txt #141

Upon visiting one of the removed 'wistia' URL we are greeted with an message:

This account has been cancelled. If you are the account’s owner, you may login here to choose a plan and reactivate this account.

Hmm, I might've been too soon to judge. I am closing this PR as it seems directly visiting the link breaks functionality, but embedding the URL does not. As seen on the plugin's page.
