Always taking "Administration Email Address" as Sender Email #22

In General settings , even if we set an different email address in "WordPress Notification Email" Mails are getting send through "Administration Email Address" which are set in wordpress general settings. This should not be the case, mails should send through email address set in "WordPress Notification Email". Please guide us on what can be done.
