Partner App Session should have explicitly init and start #15

780c6030d9cc1baab83f6c4561843b41fc0b48e2 didn't fix it. We'd want: [Delight initWithPartnerAppToken] Then [Delight startWithCallbackUrl:andPayload]

We could later refactor the other startWith calls with the above.
