Items Not showing #1

I have installed this extension, but it's not showing the items which added to the item attributes and it's not showing any error. Please see a screenshot here http://prntscr.com/oygvci Screenshot_1

For a complete understanding of the problem, could you please send me your php code with which you call my extension?

The problem in Font Avesome. I redid it to "far fa-square", "far fa-minus-square", "far fa-plus-square".

Такая же проблема. Не выводит полностью данные. По умолчаню ваш код пишу и не отображает у Apple подкатегории

Нужен Font Awesome 4
