Add knative workload examples #257

In this PR, we've proposed a Knative examples as FaaS workload We've added some code and we make sure the original functions are not be affected The yamls and corresponding scripts are also updated for this example

hi @liuchangyan, this is great! please consider contributing this code to vSwarm as well, our serverless benchmark suite maintained by the vHive OSS community. We already have a large number apps and we also have some of the DeathStar-originated functions (but not complete workflows yet).
