hotelReservation workload generation file missing #67

The wrk executable we use to generate workloads is missing in the latest commit. It was present in the previous version, before the latest set of commits. Also, it would be great if you could provide us with a way to build the wrk file, like the one in mediaMicroservices and socialNetwork, where we run make in wrk2 folders to build it.

I believe the README of k8s is not updated.
