User Story

As a User I need a Navbar that can navigate me to all the appropriate places within the app

WHEN any page loads THEN I should see a Navbar at the top of the page AND it should navigate me to where I need to go

• [x] The navbar should be built with ReactStrap without using the hooks. Check comments for link for ReactStrap navbar. Use this code instead of the hooks.
