The initial tags of the sample data that the application starts up with are not very representative of the problem you are trying to solve. It is unlikely that the secretary of the firm would tag employees with tags such as "friends" or "neighbors" or "classmates"

Reason for disagreement: The team has not provided any elaboration on why the issue was downgraded to a lower severity.

I disagree with the downgrade as this is clearly not a cosmetic issue, there is no issue with how the tags are displayed, and no issue in the text within the sample tags.

The issue lies in that the tags are not representative of the problem that the team is solving. The purpose of the sample tags are to give the users a quick idea on how the app should be used, but the tags of family and classmates are clearly not tags that should be saved in the application when the app is meant to used to manage employees.
