Add support for namespace attributes #6

Add semicolon to allowed characters, to support matching on namespace prefixed attributes (e.g. "xml:lang").

Thanks! Can you provide a test case for this? Just a gist with sample rules.xml/content.html/theme.html/output.html would be great, I could then integrate it into Deliverance's test suite.
