Added updated CompCU JAR file compatible with SCOS 7.0 and 7.1
Added Shell script for JAVA invocation instead of calling JAR file directly. This will avoid changes in the JAVA layer for every new JAR file released with CompCU JAR file

Closing in favor of #51 which uses a symlink to point to the jar file instead of a shell script for security reasons.
