[FEATURE]:Add check and diff support to SMB module #122

Describe the solution you'd like It would be helpful and Ansible best practice to have support for check mode and diff functionality also in the smb.py module

Describe alternatives you've considered NA

Additional context In general, some modules in the dellemc.powerscale collection do already support check & diff (which is of course great!), but some do not. It would be good to have a unified approach for all modules. Thanks!

@nikolisg7, thank you for submitting this feature request. We have added this in the backlog and will prioritize over the future upcoming releases.
