Description

Updated the following.

Update runtime.yml with ansible >=2.15 and added tombstone for deprecated modules.

Update GitHub Actions to add python3.11 and ansible 2.17 for all the tests

Update common doc fragment to remove python and ansible versions

Moved application type at common location

Add label/tags to readme.

Update all the docs to point to main branch.

Update to version 3 in ee.yml

update galaxy.yml with version and the main url

Update docs folder with latest
