Describe the solution you'd like As developers and maintainers We would like to automate the general CSM release process So that we can save developer time and reduce errors.

Includes but not limited to

• Update Go version
• Update Go module dependencies (including Go client libraries)
• Release Go client libraries to GitHub
• Release Drivers and Modules to GitHub
• Publish binaries to main CSM release
