@dancohen21 This label will be applied to the CSIDriver resource in 1.12. I'll close this issue.
@atye Is this label something that should be applied in general, all the time, or only to run/pass the cert-csi validation script?
@dancohen21 It should be applied all the time. If the user wants to use inline volumes in a production setting outside of cert-csi, the label needs to be there.

In OCP environment for ephemeral suite to pass it is mandatory for you to set this label in CSIDriver : oc label csidriver csi-powerstore.dellemc.com security.openshift.io/csi-ephemeral-volume-profile=restricted

run the cert-csi test with powerstore on OpenShift 4.14 without the label I believe this issue applies for OpenShift 4.13+
