[BUG]: csi-powermax does net set snapshot RestoreSize #1529

Bug Description

Kubevirt requires volumesnapshots to have the RestoreSize field set, but the csi-powermax driver does not set it. The driver needs to set the RestoreSize in order to be compatible with KubeVirt.

Steps to Reproduce

Create volumesnapshot with powermax, check restoresize -- it is empty.

Expected Behavior

csi-powermax should set the restoresize on a volumesnapshot when it creates it.
