Default value of Auth proxy host set with Operator minimal samples will not support the case when proxy server and driver are in same cluster

Steps to Reproduce

Deploy driver with operator minimal CR in the same cluster as auth proxy server.

Expected Behavior

Add the auth-proxy-host env variable under authorization module section in the minimal sample yamls.
