[BUG]: Stale entries in CSM operator samples and helm-charts for PowerMax #1570

Bug Description

Stale entries in CSM operator samples for PowerMax - PowerMax Unisphere end point is referred via ConfigMap and again in the samples there are entries which are stale and not used anywhere which needs to be removed
