[BUG]: Stale entries in CSI PowerMax Samples of CSM operator #1585

Bug Description

There are a few stale entries in samples of CSM operator that needs to be removed modules:

CSI Powermax Reverseproxy is a mandatory module for Powermax

- name: csireverseproxy
  **# enabled: Always set to true
  enabled: true
  forceRemoveModule: true**

Both of the above values are not used anywhere and it is stale
