[FEATURE]: FC connectivity with virtualized environment #528

Describe the solution you'd like CSI Driver for FC connectivity with VMware virtualized environments Customers have only FC ports in PMAX storage and want to use PAMX CSI drivers for the Openshift Container Platform environment. The customer wants to have the OCP running on VMware Hypervisor. Now to use the CSI driver there are limitations like that each VM uses the physical HBA instead of virtual HBAs, so on the Blade environment customer can deploy only max 2 VMs without redundancy
