Pre-trained reference network? #8

Could you provide a pre-trained reference network, which is trained only with sequence length and non-Gly/Gly. It was mentioned in the paper, but I think it is missing.

The reference network is now uploaded to Box (https://byu.box.com/v/ProteinStructurePrediction) in the models folder.
