is use-tmpfs.sh needed? #71

Currently the file "use-tmpfs.sh" is not used by anything, it was used by travis pipeline for improving performance of builds (specially effect with builds with lot of files like gcc).

Would this file be every useful?

Need to see if it make sense to run with github actions.
