Zero items in unpaid bill list #31

I the unpaid bill list on the overview page there are a lot of items that have a still unpaid value of zero:

I think this is a rounding problem. Before choosing whether or not to display an invoice in that list we have to round the closing balance to the external number of fraction digits, and, if it isn't zero add it to the list.
