consider better footnote scrolling #14

some sort of animation to slow it down + highlighting the thing you're being scrolled to?

theoretically done with fe41e208908ad67374206d2d9dce817ab75b9eb5 but I just realised that d979e09a12fbb677a25efab1694e2e92a5c23890 causes ALL ANCHOR LINKS TO BE BROKEN so I need to deal with that by using javascript to manually scroll :sob:

wait nvm it works, i think it's just linking to footnotes directly that's broken? which is fine tbh
