Page maintainers

It would be nice if pages could have "maintainers" (i.e., the person who created the page).

To consider:

• [ ] The ability to transfer maintainer status over to someone else
• [ ] Maintainers should be able to edit/delete/move their own page
• [ ] Show the maintainer's name somewhere on the page (should be visible)

To do: update the maintainer field for all existing pages (should use the creator of the page)
