I don't understand the license of this project.

  1. Is this legal to get a fork using GPL3?
  2. What are conditions of applying your license?
  3. Please check if I'm violating terms in this fork or not: https://github.com/soroush/libCMT

it's a bsd license. it's compatible with GPL license the only conditions are to keep the copyright notice when you redistribute the code.
