App doesn't work w/ R8 board #7

Tested on a Nexus 5 running Nougat (factory firmware). The QR code scans but never moves past that point, after the barcode is accepted and the device vibrates, the app shows a black screen and never actually adds the device. Same results with the APK located here and with the APK downloaded from the app store.

This system is entirely non-functional.

Tested on iPhone 7 with similar results, can scan the QR code but never adds the device.

have you ever added it on other equipment,and forgot to deleted it?

I have an R4 and an R8, both ordered from Amazon and this is the first I've tried using them. Both have since been reflashed with my own project firmware at this point.

I have a same bug, after QR code read phone goes black screen and app doesn't work at all. (S7 / android 7.0).
