The _do_v_1 has ARG1 i27 and ARG2 i28. Is it invalid, right?

fcbond commented 1 year ago

I think so, it should be linked to man and tricks . I can't get of a weird reading where it is unlinked (like an interjection), but maybe others can?

guyemerson commented 1 year ago

The arguments are dropped in this reading, but it's still well-formed even if semantically weird: "doing tricks" is analysed as a compound like "magic tricks", "card tricks", "shuffling tricks", "doing tricks".

arademaker commented 1 year ago

Ah, I see, I forgot to pay attention to the _be_v_id. The reading is something like the man is tricks, a doing tricks
