どこ で 何 を し て いる cannot be parsed #29

I tried to parse this sentence with JACY and it returned a SKIP

どこ で 何 を し て いる

but when I change どこ to 庭 it can be parsed fine

庭 で 何 を し て いる

Is there a problem with the どこ lex entry?
