Not validating for stray evidentiality info

In the attached choices files, an abandoned analysis of evidentiality is still references in the definition of copulas and validation isn't saying anything -- it probably should!

I cannot find anywhere in the code that shows any type of intersection between evidentials and copulas.

@ajcassell I assume the issue here is not a specific evidentiality/copula intersection but rather that the validation isn't catching generally undefined or unused features. I seem to recall that there is a general mechanism for checking for undefined features and verifying that it worked for both adjectives and copulas, but maybe the issue here is more specific.
