The analysis of VSO order seems to use the LIGHT feature to insist on low attachment of subjects, which is incompatible with the ex-adj rule also requiring LIGHT +.
(Discovered while working with aqn - Northern Alta - which is VSO and has wh fronting. This language might also have SV order in wh questions, but I'm not yet sure.)
