The clausal mods library provides an analysis of clausal mods marked by adverbs within the modifier clause (or both modifier & matrix clauses) where the adverbs are treated as semantically empty and the corresponding EP is introduced by rule. The current analysis does not block multiple copies of the adverb, causing problems for generation.
