Do you have any special reason to call delphin-latex and not delphin.latex?

Yes. latex is not the name of a package or module in the delphin namespace. The delphin-latex package installs delphin.codecs.dmrstikz. I also called it delphin-latex because I had hoped to add some latex exporters for other representations. In contrast, packages like delphin.edm and delphin.highlight actually install the edm and highlight modules in the delphin namespace.
