"Mejor" (and, respectively, "peor", "menor", and similar) is a tricky modifier, and right now not all usages are covered. For example, item 17150 from tbdb04: "El sexo, mejor controlado". If we ignore the comma, the structure here is ambiguous: "It is best when sex is controlled" or "The better controlled sex" (without the comma). Previously, the second meaning was covered; it was lost in a regression which I am investigating. But the intended, first meaning (intended due to the comma) was never covered, I think. I think it requires a new lexical entry.
