remove WLINK, CFROM, CTO from MRS and other changes #86

  1. Updated the outdated :< to :=
  2. Updated the freeling to lkb interface to use sppp.dat
  3. Removed WLINK, CFROM, CTO from ACE MRS output by editing ace/config.tdl
  4. Various changes to Freeling interface: more exceptions
  5. Use variable property mapping (load semi.vpm through ace/config.tdl)
