Make our Travis CI configuration work with xenial #39

Describe the bug In the newest TravisCI images the default JDK plus the way to use JDKs has changed. That seems to make JavaFX (used by OPAL/Hermes) unavailable. Until we upgrade to a newer version of OPAL/Hermes we might consider making it work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change dist to xenial in .travis.yml
  2. Let Travis fail and inspect.

Expected behavior A working build

This may be outdated. We should check against the current Travis CI image again.
