In both the First Run and Update From Web dialogue boxes clicking the help button does not display the correct help topic. The fallback Overview topic is displayed instead.

[x] Fix help topic reference for First Run dialogue
[x] Fix help topic reference for Update From Web dialogue (to be renamed to Install or Update DelphiDabbler Snippets Database wizard in CodeSnip v4.16)

Fixed by changing A-link keywords in help topic to match default dialogue box help keywords.

Testing required:

[x] First Run dialogue box
[x] Update DelphiDabbler Snippets Database wizard
