Modify description of Delphi 11 Alexandria to allow for Delphi 11.1 update #48

Since release of Delphi 11.1 is simply an update, we can't treat it differently to Delphi 11.0.

Maybe rename Delphi 11 Alexandria as Delphi 11.x Alexandria where it occurs in UI and docs?
