When having workflows that involve upgrading an Oracle VDB the timeflow will include snapshots that are from both the original and new versions. In order to prevent downstream users accidentally attempting to refresh from a snapshot using the wrong version it would be useful to be able to delete by version

Addition of another filter option to 'dx_ctl_snapshots' that includes or excludes the version specified
