While creating dSource for vFiles there is no facility to exclude files. If any files are not readable by delphix/environment user, source creation fails and cannot proceed further. There could be lot of log files which we want to exclude and reduce dsource size

Support parameter exclude files which native api supports.
Additional context
This is very useful when creating dsource for oracle home.
