Side-Fixes

Introduce clear-dump.sh script for people who want to test multiple crash dumps
download-dump-from-s3.sh skips downloading the crash dump from S3 if it's already there
minor setup.py and .gitignore edits
renamed inconsistently named reference crash dump on s3 bucket from dump-.tar.lzma, to dump..tar.lzma
