I'd understand if you have moved on from this project but if you haven't, would you please consider putting your work under an open-source license (e. g. MIT, LGPL, GPL, or CC-0 if you just don't care)? That would make your work more accessible for people who want to build on what you've created. Right now, if I'd build upon your library and publish my own code, I could hypothetically get sued by you.
