feat: improve generated openapi spec #14

This PR includes changes from #13, I'll rebase, once that gets merged.

This is a housekeeping PR, which mainly improves the generated OpenApi specification

to be more in line with the official one
to be more convenient to use with downstream code generation tools.
- add explicit operation IDs
- add tags to distinguish official and delta-sharing-rs specific routes.

I also re-ordered imports according to the as of yet unstable ftm rule.
