Description

This PR adds RunLLM chat widget to Delta Lake's docs site.

How was this patch tested?

Similar configuration has been tested on MLflow's docs site.

Does this PR introduce any user-facing changes?

The user will be able to ask RunLLM questions about Delta Lake and get quick and accurate answers.
