Description

Delete unused files:
- CommitCoordinatorClientHandler.java
- DefaultCommitCoordinatorClientHandler.java
- CommitCoordinatorBuilder.java
- CommitCoordinatorProvider.java
- StorageKernelAPIAdapter.java
Make all kernel internals use the new CCC API
Update test suites
