Improve Bots Logging #217

Right now, bot server is just being restarted whenever something breaks. This needs to be worked on.

Sort of done. Need to add some better method to process the logs tho.

You could have a server that pushes the logs to the bots front end. I'd maybe not put it in the same python process though.
