[Enhancement] Enable whitelisting of algorithms for compute datasets

Motivation / Problem

We currently don't provide functionality to whitelist given algorithms for datasets

Solution

• allow and document configuration in publish flow for compute type datasets

Alternatives

• implement this in an edit asset flow in addition to publish, that could allow this functionality as well (#10 )
